A data.table with 7 columns: year (integer), month (numeric), ts (integer), fishery (numeric), bin (integer), value (numeric), week (numeric). Multiple rows per fishery-year-month (one per 1 kg weight bin).

Data workflow
Preparation steps:
Extract weight composition data from MFCL frequency file using
wtfrq()- Returns wide-format data with weight bins as columns (1, 2, 3, ... 200 kg) - Observations grouped by fishery-year-monthReshape to long format (one row per fishery-year-month-weight bin combination)
Merge with timestep table to add model timestep indexing consistent with catch/CPUE
Save as long-format data for RTMB model input
